Here, you will make an impact by:Overseeing all site activities related to facilities management, project management of facility renovations and fit outs, asset planning, and space management.Leading, managing, and supporting the team whose core focus is the facilities management scope and local internal customer relationship.Ensuring real estate and facilities related compliance with all regulations and codes, all applicable company protocols, practices, procedures, and EHS/regulatory requirements.Providing support and counsel with respect to sites as required by other organizations and leading extensive cross-functional interactions with other groups including finance, legal, R&D, EHS, risk & insurance, and product business unit leadership.Governing Integrated Facilities Management partners including overseeing the performance and KPI measurement, reporting, developing processes including playbooks, standard agreements, transaction forms and SLAs.Owning space allocation and management for the site, including the supporting technology solutions to enable efficient employee experience.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of direct site facilities management experience in a private, public, government or military environment.  ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of direct site facilities management experience in a private, public, government or military environment. In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Supervisory experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Three (3) years of supervisory experience leading a team of 3 or more direct reports Experience in negotiation, strategy development, and managing stakeholdersExperience working internally for a large healthcare manufacturing companyExcellent verbal and written communicationsAbility to communicate, influence, and collaborate across regional stakeholdersStrong business, contract language, and financial acumenWork location:Onsite:  Eagan, MN (1750 Yankee Doodle Road, Eagan, MN)Travel: May include up to 10% domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
