Trucking Operations Supervisor

Marengo Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-focused Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Marengo, Illinois. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a background in logistics, transportation, or waste management operations who is ready to take the next step in their career.In this role, you’ll supervise garbage truck drivers, oversee daily route operations, manage dispatch, and drive safety performance.
