The Project Manager plays a key role in advancing Caravel Autism Health's growth by leading the planning and execution of clinic and facility related initiatives, including new clinic (de novo) buildouts, relocations, expansions, and site modifications. Operating in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards. With a focus on operational excellence and brand integrity, the Project Manager oversees all phases of construction across the portfolio, driving efficiency, mitigating risk, and delivering high-quality, customer-centered solutions that support Caravel's mission and long-term success. Essential Functions: Responsible for leading scope management, change control management, risk management, and quality assurance of construction project team to ensure successful execution. Develops and manages comprehensive facility and construction budgets, including equipment, furniture, labor, materials, sub-contractor costs and other related costs as needed.Oversees the general contractor construction RFP process and value engineering exercises as needed to maximize value and minimize cost. Establishes and maintains strategic vendor relationships to support facility and construction needs.Serves as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to contracted services and work orders. Manages procurement for FF&E needs across Caravel real estate portfolio.Delivers timely, reliable, and customer-focused service to internal teams and proactively identifies opportunities to meet organizational needs.Coordinates work orders to completion, including interfacing with vendors and clients to ensure alignment and service completion. Responsible for tracking and reporting key construction metrics to internal stakeholders and leadership for visibility and decision-making.Provides administrative support and maintains accurate records for all construction related activities.Interfaces with vendors to ensure clear communication and accurate service delivery.Manages vendor pay applications and ensures compliance with lien waiver compliance. Additional Duties : Participate in the continuous improvement of construction processes and implementation of best practices to maximize efficiency as needed.Participate in RFQs and other vendor management assignments, as needed.Perform other duties as assigned. Travel Required : This role will be required to travel 30% of the time. Travel will be for mid construction walk through, punch walks, and grand openings. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required in business, real estate, or related field or 5 years of relative experience.3-5 years practical experience in construction or multi-site facilities project management required.Accounting experience or previous real estate support roles for brokers or project managers preferredProven ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal team and clients while proactively identifying and addressing stakeholder needs.
