You will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems while following stringent procedures and safety protocols. This position directly contributes to JLL's business objectives by maintaining high-quality facility operations and reducing operational disruptions through proactive maintenance and problem-solving.What your day-to-day will look like:Conduct daily building rounds and readings to monitor all mechanical equipment, utility usage, and temperature irregularitiesPerform preventive maintenance on HVAC units, pumps, motors, VFDs, boilers, and chemical treatment systemsComplete assigned work orders in a timely manner and maintain detailed maintenance logsTroubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v and perform lighting maintenance including bulb and ballast replacementMonitor subcontracted work, meet with contractors, and assist Operations Manager with building inspections and projectsPatrol building exteriors, maintain grounds, and perform minor plumbing repairs and touch-up painting as neededRespond to facility complaints and escalate issues with access control and CCTV systems as requiredRequired Qualifications:General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systemsReliable transportation and availability for overtime, on-call, diverse shifts, and weekend workAbility to work independently and as part of a team in both interior and exterior environmentsStrong adherence to safety protocols including OSHA regulations and COVID-19 proceduresExcellent punctuality, client service, and interpersonal communication skillsWillingness to accept ongoing training, instruction, and constructive feedback professionallyAbility to lift minimum 50lbs safely and work at heights up to 30 feet using laddersPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience working in critical facility environmentsFamiliarity with Methods of Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP)Experience with roof maintenance and repair workKnowledge of building energy management systemsExperience monitoring and maintaining access control equipmentBasic administrative skills for maintaining maintenance logs and reporting proceduresSnow removal and groundskeeping experience#HVACjobs#MMjobs#Ejobs#BEjobs#OEjobsLocation:On-site –Brookfield, WI, Hartland, WIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.
