General Summary The MRB Lead is responsible for managing the review and disposition of nonconforming materials across manufacturing operations. This role ensures timely and effective resolution of quality issues, maintains compliance with industry standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The MRB Lead collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to uphold product integrity and operational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate activities related to the MRBB area Perform visual and dimensional inspections of nonconforming materials. Accurately document nonconformance details in SAP. Support MRB meetings by preparing materials, records, and inspection data. Execute approved dispositions such as rework, scrap, or return to vendor. Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and traceability of MRB items. Communicate with production and quality teams to coordinate material handling. Assist in identifying recurring issues and support root cause investigations. Maintain MRB area organization and compliance with safety and quality protocols. Support internal and external audits by providing MRB documentation and records. RELATED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school degree with 10 years of related experience SKILLS REQUIRED Good communication skills English and Spanish Knowledge on software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word Knowledge of SAP Comfortable working on a high passed environment Experience with inspection tools.
