Industrial Maintenance Technician

Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AMHourly Rate: $26.50 an hour + $$1.50 shift differentialYou will join a long tenured and experienced crew while receiving on the job training before doing the role independently. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite on a small team of fellow Technicians. You will oversee the production processes in the manufacture of Snack Pack Pudding and will operate a sit-down forklift throughout your shift. We are a tobacco free facility.Internally, this role is called a Production Technician.Job Details:Schedule: 2-2-3 | 7:00pm - 7:30am | Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Sunday; Week 2: Wednesday and ThursdayStarting Pay: $26.50 + $1.50/hour shift differentialEssential Functions:Troubleshoot, repair and maintain our form, fill and seal C300 machineConduct daily, weekly and monthly equipment inspections/maintenance tasks.Follow Standard Operating Procedures within the assigned work area.Perform product checks to verify quality measures.Complete equipment sanitation.Participate in continuous improvement activities with a focus on developing efficient processes.Identify any safety, quality or operational issues to the appropriate resources.Maintain a clean work area and follow all 5S requirements.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) RequiredAssociate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, CNC Machining or Automotive Technology3+ years of Maintenance Experience2+ years of Food Manufacturing Experience2+ years of LOTO Experience2+ years of Microsoft Suite Experience2+ years of Electrical Troubleshooting between 460V voltage and 24V voltage2+ years of reading blueprints and troubleshooting based on schematic drawings2+ years of understanding servos and troubleshooting error codes/faults1 year of Automotive Maintenance ExperienceWork Environment Requirements:You will work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions including moderate noise levels.You will lift up to 50 pounds at a time.You will move within office and manufacturing facilities, write by hand and keyboard, and perform general office functions.To perform this job, you will perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
