Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience. • Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months between Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Marshfield Clinic Health System Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all RN units. -2 years of RN experience in med/surg and the candidate needs solid PCU foundation for success in role in blended unit. There will be occasional ICU/PCU patients on this unit. RN will be required to care for all acuity types. BLS required by start date. There will be occasional ICU/PCU patients on this unit. RN will be required to care for all acuity types. **Barcode scanning must be 95% to be eligible for an extension. Less than 95% could result in a cancel.
