Overview: Salem Media – Philly is seeking a driven Business Development Hunter with strong digital marketing expertise to join our growing sales team. You’ll aggressively pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and craft customized multimedia marketing solutions (radio, digital, and events) for local and regional businesses. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:Prospect relentlessly to identify and close new accountsDevelop tailored digital marketing strategies (SEM, SEO, OTT/CTV, social, email, programmatic, web, etc.)Deliver data-driven presentations showcasing measurable ROIExceed monthly and annual new business goals Qualifications: What You Bring:Proven success in new business sales and digital marketingDeep understanding of the digital ecosystem and client ROI strategiesStrong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skillsSelf-motivated, competitive, and comfortable engaging C-level decision makersThis role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on turning prospects into long-term partners through strategic, results-driven marketing solutions.
