Supervisor, Field Ops Contract Labor

This role is responsible for optimizing contractor utilization, negotiating favorable vendor rates, and building national-level vendor relationships. The supervisor will also ensure consistent service delivery, monitor labor spend, and provide leadership with clear insights to support effective budget decisions and operational efficiency.  What you will do to contribute to the company's success  Contractor Oversight and OptimizationResponsible for evaluating the necessity of contract labor across operations. This includes identifying and eliminating non-essential engagements to streamline workforce efficiencyVendor Rate Management and NegotiationLeads strategic negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and prevent rate increases. Expands vendor relationships across broader regions while maintaining consistent service rates.National Vendor Relationship DevelopmentEstablishes and manages national-level partnerships with contract labor providers. Ensures uniform service levels and response times across all operational areas.Spend Monitoring and ReportingTracks and analyzes contract labor expenditures.
