What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine centers to keep operations running smoothly. Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to fabricate and modify equipment. Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, drive chains, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Perform welding and cutting tasks with precision and safety. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in welding, fabrication, machine assembly, and alignment. Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to work across job boundaries and learn new skills. Previous Millwright experience. Commitment to safety and respect for others. Ability to work at heights, use stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in environments with wood dust and varying temperatures. Preferred Qualifications:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Work Schedule:Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends. Compensation: Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay range of $34.775 to $40.665 per hour based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.
