We are seeking a manager with the right experience and brand fit and someone desiring a long-term career and growth within the luxury fashion accessory industry.We seek a very experienced salesperson with 10-15 years of face-to-face customer and business-to-business experience.Who You AreExperienced in face-to-face luxury goods sales.Fashion industry experience is a plus.A proven track record of merchandising expertise is part of the successful candidate’s profile.Must have experience with sales goalsMust understand retail metricsMust be able to communicate to the hiring manager what key attributes they possess that enhance a business.7 years of relevant experience with a face-to-face consumer audience and business-to-business clients as well.Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility to change quickly and adapt to evolving business needs based on time of year and happenings in and around Bend.What You'll DoAssist customers in selecting products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience.Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and execute merchandising efforts.Communicate effectively with team members, as the manager, to ensure smooth store operations.Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demos.
