Hours: 12 hour Shift | 8 p.m. to 7a.m. | Sun-Sat 2-2-3 rotating schedule Major Job Function: Our Quality Technician is responsible for in-process inspection and testing quality verification. Ensure all QA test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly. Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material. Primary Duties: Understand and use quality assurance specifications, standard test procedures, blueprints/drawings, and other engineering specification Perform incoming inspections of materials and components Perform in-process quality control inspections and document results of tests/inspections Identify, segregate and label non-conforming product. Notify management of non-conforming product Maintain quality records as per documented procedures, including test data and retained samples. Communicate inspection findings with appropriate Quality, Production and Engineering personnel Assemble job books for production Perform quality inspections Notice: This position is subject to both preemployment and post-employment (random) drug testing.
