Product & Quality Compliance SpecialistOskaloosa, IA | Full-Time, On-Site | $40,000–$55,000 - Commensurate with experience Job SummaryWe’re seeking a Product & Quality Compliance Specialist to join our quality team in Oskaloosa, IA. In this role, you’ll ensure products meet global safety and environmental standards such as UL, CSA, and ISO 9001:2015. You’ll manage certifications, coordinate audits, and maintain technical documentation while working closely with internal teams and external auditors. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and technically minded, with a passion for quality and compliance in a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain product safety certifications (UL, CSA, VDE) and ensure timely renewals.Lead and support ISO 9001:2015 quality management system processes, internal audits, and external auditor coordination.Interpret and apply regulatory standards to ensure ongoing product compliance.Review and organize technical product documentation, including test reports and certifications.Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and customer service teams to resolve compliance issues.Monitor regulatory updates and support continuous improvement in quality processes.Required QualificationsStrong project management skills — able to coordinate certification timelines and audit activities.Proven ISO 9001:2015 and quality systems experience.Demonstrated technical aptitude — comfortable reading and interpreting technical standards/specifications.Familiarity with electrical or electronic products and manufacturing environments.Experience in product compliance or regulatory interpretation (UL, CSA, VDE).Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of RoHS or other international environmental regulations.Background in manufacturing with exposure to safety agency audits or global product approvals.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).About UsWe are a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in electrical components and power systems that meet global safety and compliance standards.
