Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our growing team and help drive execution across a diverse portfolio of digital products. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering both customer-facing and internal tools, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. While product assignments may vary, the ideal candidate will bring strong agile product management experience and a bias toward action.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX design, and business architecture to deliver high-impact solutions.Represent the voice of the customer through continuous engagement and feedback loops.Use agile methodologies to drive iterative development and rapid learning.Participate in product discovery to validate assumptions and inform product direction.Define and track success metrics to measure product performance and inform future iterations.Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.Experience3 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in an agile environment. 5 or more years (preferred).Demonstrated ability to execute product strategies and deliver results.Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities.No specific technical expertise required, but familiarity with digital product development is a plus.#LI - TE1SkillsAgile Environments, Agile Product Management, Business Case Analyses, Digital Product Development, Digital Product Management, Product Management, Product Roadmapping, Product Strategies, Systems Thinking, Waterfall Project ManagementCompensationCompensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.Joining our team isn't just a job "” it's an opportunity.
