Job DescriptionThe Counsel Support Associate provides administrative support for Client Legal Services attorneys in the State of Texas under general attorney supervision. The individual in this role manages and organizes all legal mailboxes, assists with e-filing, and provides comprehensive administrative support to attorneys. Responsibilities include entering and managing data such as pleadings, motions, and trial, arbitration, and mediation letters, as well as scheduling and maintaining calendars for hearings, depositions, and other case-related events. The role requires adaptability, proficiency with technology, and a solid understanding of Texas civil procedure.Key Responsibilities• Monitor and maintain compliance with Team Connect (Litigation Management System)• Manage and monitor all legal mailboxes, ensuring timely review, organization, and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence• Assist with e-filing and related document management tasks• Upload and manage documents, including pleadings, motions, trial notices, Demands, and mediation letters• Make basic decisions within established procedures under supervision• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams• Adapt to changing priorities and workflows• Handle confidential information with discretion• Perform tasks accurately and in a timely mannerEducation• High School Diploma or GEDExperience• Administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting preferredSupervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Explore the Benefits of Joining Allstate's Client Legal Services:• Exceptional Work-Life Balance: At Allstate, we understand the importance of achieving harmony between work and personal life.
