The individual will typically respond to client representative’s calls, coordinate specimen pickups and/or re-route calls to its corresponding department. The individual will work under the general supervision of the department supervisor and lab manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following.In this role, you will:Act as the point of contact between the laboratory and clientsAssist in all administrative functions of the laboratoryUndertake the tasks of receiving calls, routing correspondence, and scheduling specimen pickup with FedEx or private couriersHandle client and laboratory requests and queries appropriatelyAccession daily samplesForward all samples to their respective departments and send-out facilities.Develop and carry out an efficient filing systemAssist with coverage of other administrative tasksMaintain a positive, achievement-oriented attitude and influence others to do the sameOther duties as directed by the supervisor and/or department’s managerAll you need is:2+ years of experience working in client servicesFull comprehension of office management systems and proceduresExcellent organizational and time-management skillsOutstanding oral and written communication competenciesAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essentialDiscretion and confidentialityLanguage Ability: English, demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skillMath Ability: Basic math skills.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016, Office 365 Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Work Shift:Job Category:Laboratory OperationsCompany:ProPath Services, LLCSonic Healthcare USA is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace for all employees.
