To start a career that is out of the ordinary, please apply...Job DetailsJob Title- Vice President- Client Service (Media)Reports to: VP, Group LeadCollaborates with: Global Client Partner overseeing the broader global businessLocation: Hybrid- Kantar Office (Atlanta, Chicago, Boston,Norwalk, New York City)Primary ObjectiveLead the strategic and operational delivery of media effectiveness solutions for a flagship client. Drive client satisfaction, team performance, and scalable processes while solving complex research and ad tech challenges. Collaborate closely with the VP, Group Lead to align with broader business goals, and partner with the Global Client Partner to ensure consistency and impact across global engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesClient LeadershipServe as the senior point of contact for a large media client, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, insight-driven solutions that exceed client expectations.Translate client goals into actionable strategies, aligning internal teams and resources to deliver measurable impact.Multi-thread relationships across the client ecosystem—directly and indirectly—with end platforms, advertisers, and agency teams to ensure holistic engagement and influence.Team & Operational ManagementLead and develop a dedicated client service team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.Oversee high-volume project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Design and implement scalable processes and systems to manage workload, improve efficiency, and support team growth.Monitor team utilization and capacity, proactively adjusting resources to meet client demands.Strategic Problem SolvingAddress complex media research and ad tech challenges with a consultative, data-driven approach.Guide the team in developing custom methodologies and advanced analytics to solve client problems.Partner with product, analytics, and technology teams to evolve solutions and integrate new capabilities.Collaboration & InfluenceWork in close partnership with the VP Group Lead to align client strategy with organizational priorities.Collaborate with the Global Client Partner to ensure alignment with global client strategies and business objectives.Represent the client internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring cross-functional alignment.Create and present external thought leadership in partnership with clients—through live webinars, panels, industry events, and other forums—to elevate Kantar’s media expertise and visibility.Qualifications & Experience10+ years in media research, analytics, or ad tech, with at least 5 years in senior client leadership roles.Proven success managing large-scale client engagements and high-volume project portfolios.Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong background in media effectiveness, ad tech platforms, and custom research design.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to create and optimize operational systems and processes.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.Skills & CapabilitiesStrategic thinking with a bias for action and results.Expertise in media analytics, ad effectiveness, and cross-platform measurement.Strong leadership and team development capabilities.Advanced project management and operational planning.Executive presence and persuasive communication.Kantar BenefitsWe provide a comprehensive, highly competitive benefits package, includingMedical plans with comprehensive, affordable coverage for a range of health servicesHealth Savings Account/FSADental, Vision and benefits to cover unique healthcare needsWellness Program401k with matchTuition Reimbursement, Commuter benefitsUnlimited PTOWhat part of Kantar might I be joining?
