This role supervises shift supervisors, skilled trades teams, coordinates maintenance activities, and maintains safety compliance across multiple shifts with variable scheduling requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the supervision of skilled tradesmen (Electricians, Millwrights, Machine Repair, Pipefitters, Truck Repair) and housekeeping teamsSupervise resident housekeeping service provider to ensure service level delivery, conduct cleanliness appearance audits, and service delivery auditsTask instruction sheet, pre-task plan creation and auditExecute planned, reactive, and predictive maintenance processes using Maximo and Corrigo systemsDelegate internal preventative maintenance and repair work across the shifts, providing support to the shift supervisor as needed.Coordinate employee scheduling, training records, and versatility chartsEnsure 100% safety training compliance and maintain zero recordable injuriesOversee building systems including BMS, utilities, life safety, and security systemsManage OSHA, environmental, and HAZMAT compliance programsSupport SCM, PTP and all other safety requirements to ensure complianceSupport cost-saving initiatives and KPI performance metricsPlan weekend/holiday maintenance and coordinate facilities interruptionsREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceBackground in workplace safety training, environmental health standards, OSHA regulations, or similar safety-focused experienceMinimum 5 years facilities maintenance industry experienceProven supervisory experience with skilled trades personnelTechnical SkillsMechanical systems diagnosis and repair (pumps, motors, hydraulics, dock doors)Knowledge of Barnes, PRAB, Valiant wash operating systems preferredSAP, Maximo, and Corrigo proficiencyBuilding automation and monitoring systems experienceOSHA, environmental, and safety compliance knowledgeLeadership SkillsStrong organizational and management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communicationProven reporting and presentation capabilitiesPREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced ExperienceManufacturing or industrial environment background  Team cleaning and custodial operations experience Location:On-site –Brookville, OHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth:JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.
