This position will be a full-time, contract and onsite. Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am. Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.What You’ll DoPerform routine production operations such as wire straightening, grinding, assembly, and coil productionConduct inspections on small parts using measurement tools like rulers and microscopesRecord work and measurements with strong attention to detailUse power tools and handle light lifting and carrying (up to 20 pounds)Follow instructions and accurately process internal formsWhat You'll NeedRequiredStrong documentation skills, with attention to detail when recording work or measurementsUnderstanding basic math, including English and metric measurement systemsAbility to count, perform addition and subtraction, and measure product/material dimensionsAbility to read and understand English for safety purposes and to process formsGood manual dexterity and the ability to handle small partsAbility to use some power tools and perform light lifting (up to 20 pounds)Good eyesight or appropriately corrected visionPreferred:Ability to read blueprints1–2 years of machining experience preferredIntroductory experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to perform essential job functions including reading various signage throughout the facility, comprehensive understanding of various documentation, understanding and communicating processes to ensure workplace safety and job efficiency Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorSedentary work involving sitting 60–75% of the time, with some jobs requiring 100% standingMust be able to communicate effectively with supervisorsAbility to move around the office or production environment as neededGood manual dexterity to perform repetitive production tasksReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$20.90 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
