Job Location: Hazleton, PAJob Type: Full TimeShifts Available: 2ndCompensation: $24.75/hr - $38.75/hr Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Conduct hands-on training for machine operators within the Ground Beef Department based on supervisor requests, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety protocols Respond to reactive maintenance calls throughout the plant and follow up to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and complete necessary follow-up repairs to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime Carry out daily line assignments by reviewing PM schedules and inspecting assigned lines within the designated department Support additional duties as assigned, including providing maintenance assistance across the entire facility when needed Required Qualifications At least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipment At least one year of experience using hand tools such as drill press, hand drill, wrenches, threading machines, etc At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and III Certification in Motor Controls Experience troubleshooting with PLC’s Working knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumatics Previous experience with Precision Maintenance Bilingual in English/Spanish One year of experience TIG Welding Building Trades (Drywall repair, spackling, Plumbing Ammonia refrigeration experience Ammonia certifications Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply.
