Our Labor and Birth nurses work with all levels of acuity and learn valuable nursing techniques. Our units include L&B, OB ED, and High-Risk areas, staffed 24/7 with:Board-Certified OB HospitalistsOB AnesthesiaMaternal Fetal Medicine specialistsHighly skilled nursing and surgical teamsStructured Mentor programNurse-to-patient ratios:Labor & Birth: 1:2High Risk: 1:1 (based on acuity)Nurse Residency Program for New GradsA dynamic program combining:Simulation-based trainingClassroom lectures by clinical educatorsHands-on preceptorship on the unitGain confidence, critical skills, and a strong foundation for your nursing career in a supportive environment!
