Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. • Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Required Credentials: Candidate is required to pass DYS exam PRIOR to accepting, 2 attempts. All RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes, with the exception of NyICU & ED. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Special Requests: Travel Teams must have their own vehicles. Shift & Scheduling: 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks and holidays based on unit coverage. Floating Requirements: Float to other MedSurg/Tele units.
