If you have some or all of the following skills and experience, we would love to talk with youResponsibilities: This position is full time onsite in Reston, VAManage Kubernetes/OpenShift environment, resources and deployments across multiple networks and environments.Build, maintain and improve Helm charts and Gitlab CI pipelines for multiple enterprise mission critical applications across multiple domainsTroubleshoot and debug production systems with the development teamManage AWS infrastructure, design and propose new cloud solutions and architecturesRun and manage cybersecurity, code quality, and accreditation scansAssist with ATO Accreditation technical tasks and documentationWork with ISSO and dev team to fulfil accreditation requirements and achieve ATOWork with team for completion and compliance of security controls and STIGsOversee and execute builds, deployments, packaging, integration, automation and releasesContinuously monitor and evaluate system and environment performance and availabilityMinimum Qualifications: Current/active TS/SCI with a current CI polygraph or be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph.Bachelor's degree in a related field, e.g. Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience8 years of professional experience in a DevSecOps, DevOps, or Production System Support role.Kubernetes and/or Openshift experience in production environmentsDocker and containerization expertiseHelm / Helm Charts familiarityExperience creating and managing Jenkins builds and pipelines in development and production environmentsGit/Github/Gitlab familiarity as part of a CI/CD pipelineTenacious troubleshooting, problem solving and error fixing mentalityStrong Linux and bash scripting skillsOne or more build tools: Maven, NPM, PIP, MakeDoD 8570 IAT II and Privileged User Access requirements met (Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP), or the ability to achieve within 30 days of hirePreferred Qualifications: AWS CertificationOpenShift, Kubernetes, and/or Docker certificationAgile / Scrum experienceJira and confluence familiarityJava/Spring, Python, and Web Development familiarityDemonstrated DevSecOps team leadershipPay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.  The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range. ● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $113,000.00 - $188,000.00 annually.For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
