Lead Systems Admin

Our client, a leading organization in data communication and network infrastructure, is seeking a dedicated Lead Systems Admin to join their team. As a Lead Systems Admin, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the network and communication systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to network management, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lead Systems Admin Location:Boston, Massachusetts Pay Range: $75-82.76 What's the Job? Oversee the coordination and implementation of data communication systems to ensure seamless network operations. Troubleshoot network issues efficiently, diagnose problems accurately, and communicate solutions clearly to team members and end-users. Manage installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment and infrastructure. Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to support procurement and development efforts. Develop policies, procedures, and documentation related to network operations and problem resolution. What's Needed? Experience in overseeing data communication systems and network infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including experience with network equipment installation and maintenance. Ability to conduct research on new networking products and evaluate their suitability for organizational needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and team members. What's in it for me?
