Sales Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the sales technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Sales Operations department, supporting the sales team with technology tools, training, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for enhancing sales processes, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment. Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Range:$9.01 What's the Job? Manage licenses, user setup, and configuration changes across sales technology tools. Provide demonstrations of enhancements to gather initial feedback from users. Create basic training materials tailored by the Global Business Experts (GBEs) to meet diverse audience needs. Track and resolve user-reported IT issues, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Lead and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions to empower sales teams with necessary skills and knowledge. What's Needed? At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools in an administrative role. Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales support function. Strong proficiency in Excel and related data management tools. Comfortable collaborating with technical development teams to provide business context during system migrations or development cycles. Familiarity with sales technology tools such as Highspot, Seismic, or similar platforms. What's in it for me?
