CompensationCOMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $74,000 to $100,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including, but not limited to, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the California Fair Chance Act, and the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance to the extent that those laws apply to the opportunity.?Job DescriptionThe Senior District Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and executing marketing programs which support accelerated profitable growth, consumer satisfaction and client retention in several accounts within one or more districts of Aramark Collegiate Hospitality as well as working on high level projects within the region. This position helps to support all critical business initiatives including pricing, sales growth, meal plan selling, and customer retention for their account(s) and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. This person is responsible for the supervision of a select group of marketing professionals within their districts. The Senior District Marketing Manager upholds and represents the Aramark Collegiate Hospitality brand, the client?s brand and all branding elements. Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving base business growth programs and strategies to increase overall sales, ensure pricing accuracy, and drive meal plan sales. Ensures promotions and other initiatives are implemented across accounts. Responsible for writing Client/Annual Business Reviews, Client facing Marketing and Communication plans and Student Roundtables in conjunction with operations as well as all other stakeholder communications. Ensures implementation, measurement, and tracks results. Responsible and accountable for results entered into Meal Plan Analytics database. Maintains and shared region best practices in conjunction with Regional Marketing Director. Responsible for driving change that results in profitable base business growth for the accounts and clients. Looks for opportunities to implement new innovations and services which support sales growth and client retention. Oversees deployment of DiningStyles and Voice of the Consumer with targeted participation in all accounts. Presents results at team/client meetings. Ensures marketing managers (i.e. direct reports) are fully trained and equipped with all necessary programs, systems and tools to be effective in their roles; provides continual performance-based feedback to assist in career development. Ensures necessary training and support are provided to the accounts and that brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in sustainable growth in sales, customer satisfaction and increased profits. Manages student marketing intern(s) to ensure all programs are executed. Manages student peer to peer groups to ensure implementation of voluntary meal plan sales targets. Supports managers with administration of marketing, Service Excellence, and Suggestive Selling training for employees. Participates in contract re-bid/extension processes. Assists with EngageIQ® and Strategic Account Reviews on a regional or national level as needed. QualificationsA minimum of 2-4 years of dynamically responsible marketing experience with a proven record of success and effective performance. A BS degree in business, supply chain, and/or marketing is highly preferred. Experience in account management. Strong strategic marketing, interpersonal and project management skills. Experience or proven track record to work optimally in a fast-paced environment with internal and external partners. Must have excellent social skills including presentation and client interaction skills.Ability to ensure timely delivery of all projects and initiatives.
