Our client, a leader in legal and compliance services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Customer Support professional to join their team. As a Legal Customer Support, you will be part of the Civil Subpoena Compliance group supporting legal process management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, independence, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Legal Customer Support Location:Irving, TX Pay Range: What's the Job? Perform data entry of legal processes into the workflow management system with precision and confidentiality. Support the Civil Subpoena Compliance group by managing high-volume legal documentation and processes. Handle calls professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Review and verify data accuracy, correcting errors and reporting discrepancies as needed. Work independently, utilizing sound judgment to solve problems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. What's Needed? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Proficient typing, transcription, and computer skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Willingness to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, and procedures; prior legal experience or education is a plus. What's in it for me?
