Oneida Center Assisted Living Program is hiring an Administrator in Utica, NY. DUTIES:Supervises all clinical and administrative functions in the facilityDevelopment and implementation of a facility management systemAdministration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality careFinancial management of a health care facilityMonitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulationsOversight of the facility quality assurance processEnsure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residentsREQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university,OR• Associate’s degree and at least three years of full-time experience in a position involving supervision of staff and responsibility for operations in a human services field,OR• High school diploma (or GED) and at least five years of full-time administrative experience in a human services field.• Must have experience overseeing staff and managing operations, budgeting, or program activities.• Relevant experience should be within a healthcare or human services setting such as an adult care facility, nursing home, home care agency, or hospital.About Us:Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.
