You'll balance hands-on operational expertise with strategic thinking, ensuring our facility operates as a world-class manufacturing center. What You Bring: 7 years + experience OR Bachelor"s Degree and 5 years of related manufacturing process experience, with comprehensive knowledge of the products, principles and concepts Leadership experience with the ability to work as a team Proven track record with high-speed packaging or converting operations Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TQM principles Strong P&L management experience with budget accountability Exceptional communication and team-building skills Ready to Make Your Mark?If you're passionate about manufacturing excellence, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have the leadership skills to drive results through people, we want to hear from you.
