We self-perform installation of piping, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, etc., and subcontract sheet metal, insulation, and control work. Pipe includes copper, PVC, carbon steel, various acid resistant plastics, cast iron and ductile iron. Joints include threaded, welded, mechanical. Mostly comprised of mechanical and plumbing work, projects are commercial, institutional, and industrial and range from $100k to $15M.Job Description:E. Escher Incorporated, a Metro Atlanta Mechanical Contracting company, is seeking a senior-level estimator with at least 7+ years’ experience in the mechanical contracting business. Projects include commercial, institutional, and industrial. This leadership role is responsible for revenue generation, site visits, cost control, team leadership, client relations, and technical management of various size projects. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
