Job Title Artwork Project Manager Location: 10 Hudson Yards, New York, NY, 10001 Duration: 2 Months with possibility extn Pay Rate: Based on Experience Must Have: TAG Digital Artwork  Beauty Industry Job Description: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BFA, BA, or AAS) in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related creative field is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Professional Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or creative project management, ideally within the beauty industry, with a strong preference for experience in the professional beauty segment (hair color, hair care, and/or hair styling). Artwork Development Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of the artwork development lifecycle, from concept to production, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics, brand consistency, and meticulous attention to detail. Digital Artwork Platform Proficiency: Proven experience or strong aptitude for working with digital asset management (DAM) systems and artwork lifecycle platforms; direct experience with TAG or similar systems for workflow management, asset upload, and approval processes is a significant advantage. Brand & Omni-Channel Presence: Experience in maintaining and evolving a consistent and comprehensive brand presence across diverse communication channels and markets. Project Management & Execution: Robust project management and planning skills are essential, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet stringent deadlines. Agility & Problem-Solving: Ability to make informed decisions quickly, proactively identify and solve problems, and adapt to evolving project requirements in a dynamic global context. Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build and nurture relationships with diverse international internal stakeholders (DMI marketing, R&I, Legal, etc.), local market teams, and external agencies/vendors. A collaborative mindset with proven ability to foster consensus and drive decision-making among various cross-functional teams. Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy in Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required. TAG Digital Artwork Proficiency is a Must. Strategic Facilitation: Ability to effectively translate DMI marketing strategies and creative briefs into actionable artwork development plans, liaise between creative and business teams, and facilitate the end-to-end creative process.
