Maintenance Supervisor 5

Our client, a leading Automotive manufacturing organization specializing in die casting, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.   Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 5 Location:Bedford, IN Pay Range: $38-41 per hour What's the Job? Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth operations. Recommend measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, tracking systems, and quality control procedures to detect and address production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel issues, maintaining accurate reports and records. What's Needed? Manufacturing experience, particularly with die casting processes. Union experience is preferred. Technical background with knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance techniques. Flexibility to work all three shifts, including weekends, with prior notice.
