About the RoleCreate, update, and facilitate training on product installationsAudit job work tickets, installer processes, and installation compliance requirementsOwn, manage, and audit the corporate installation process and installation standardsEnsure installer hours are completed under the estimated budget for jobsAssist the field and HR team with workforce planning for assigned territoriesMonitor and report employee overtime weekly to leadershipAssist with the implementation of new product linesUpto 30% travel within the position Key Qualifications4+ years’ experience in the home improvement industry.3+ years of management or supervisory experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have warehouse management and building material Inventory experienceMust be employee and customer job-site safety drivenMust have training experience with installation process and standardsMust have experience in writing field install SOPsKnowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).Valid drivers license.
