And we’re just getting started.If you’re ready to build the future of home improvement, join us. What We OfferCompetitive Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and visionOpportunity to work with a nationally recognized brand, Kohler! About the RoleCreate, update, and facilitate training on product installationsAudit job work tickets, installer processes, and installation compliance requirementsOwn, manage, and audit the corporate installation process and installation standardsEnsure installer hours are completed under the estimated budget for jobsAssist the field and HR team with workforce planning for assigned territoriesMonitor and report employee overtime weekly to leadershipAssist with the implementation of new product linesUpto 30% travel within the position Key Qualifications4+ years’ experience in the home improvement industry.3+ years of management or supervisory experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
