This highly strategic role provides the opportunity to lead global market access strategy for an early pipeline asset as well as on market products.What You’ll Work OnThe Senior Manager, Global Market Access, will be responsible for developing Global Market Access strategies and deliverables for priority pipeline and on-market products within the Infectious Disease portfolio. Leads the global market access strategy for a suite of early-stage and pipeline assets within infectious diseasesConducts HTA early scientific advice, market research, and external expert exchanges to understand access evidence requirements and key value drivers to inform clinical, HEOR, medical, and market access strategiesDevelops and executes access strategies to support reimbursement, coverage, and launch readiness across multiple developed marketsShapes global value communications, such as value propositions, that align with value drivers across payors and policymakersPerforms evidence gap analyses and develops mitigation plans for priority marketsChairs Value & Access Teams and is the market access lead on the Go To Market teams, collaborating closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Insights and RegulatoryPresents strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influence key business and launch decisions.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.10+ years of experience market access, pricing, or health economics with strong early pipeline and / or pre-launch experienceProven experience across multiple developed markets (ideally two or more of:  U.S., Germany, Japan, U.K.)Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated agility, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset.Ability to translate complex clinical data into impactful access messaging.Preferred Qualifications: Preferred background in infectious disease, specialty therapeutics, or rare disease; experience in medical technology, diagnostics, vaccines, or STIs a plusProven ability to work across cultures and geographies in a matrixed environment.MBA or advanced degree a plus.Global experience preferred; strong European experience also considered.Apply NowLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:  Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
