Schedule: Open availability required, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Chassis Repair / Maintenance Technicians with experience in container repair to join our team. This role involves hands-on maintenance and repair of trailers, chassis, and containers, ensuring all equipment meets safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:Perform repairs and maintenance on chassis, trailers, and containersDiagnose and replace or repair lights, tires, landing legs, brakes, and frameworkConduct minor welding and fabrication as neededInspect equipment to identify issues and ensure roadworthinessMaintain accurate records of all work performedFollow safety procedures and comply with industry standardsWork both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Qualifications:  Experience in chassis/trailer/container repair and maintenanceBasic welding skills preferred not requiredKnowledge of brake systems, lights, tires, and frameworkStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsValid driver"s licenseWillingness to work in varying weather conditionsMust have basic set of hand toolsMust pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screeningThe Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited.
