If a 2nd shift role add $1.50/hour shift premium for any work performed on the 2nd  shift (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) Join our growing team in Federalsburg and help build innovative, sustainable HVAC systems.
