Executive Director-Inpatient Care Mgmt

Provides leadership in support of clinical standards impacting quality, safety, patient outcomes and Medicare profitability including population health initiatives. Serves as a content expert in care management operations, strategies, outcome measurement, collaborative approaches to effect management of care and post-acute care. Promotes innovation and ongoing professional development. Performs related duties as assigned.
