DescriptionPresident of Greeley HospitalPosition OverviewThe President of Greeley Hospital serves as the chief executive officer, responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and visionary direction to ensure the hospital's ongoing success and commitment to exceptional patient care. This role demands a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a passion for healthcare, a proven track record in hospital administration, and the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.Reporting StructureThe President reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Colorado.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and maintains community support for the new hospital demonstrated by involvement of the local community, agencies and organizations. Engages and develops meaningful relationships with private community physicians and faculty physicians at the Colorado University School of Medicine (CUSOM). Creates an environment that fosters physician and staff collaboration to improve quality of care and the patient experience, develop new programs that are readily accessible to patients, enhance revenues, control costs, and overall performance. Grows the hospital's patient care base, revenues, research portfolio and market share while providing a model for working with health care providers in the city and region to provide cutting edge medicine. Partners with the UCHealth executive leadership, develop, implement and maintains strategic plans related to various programs, services and service lines.QualificationsMinimum Required Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare system administration.Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to build consensus and inspire trust among staff, physicians, and the community.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.Pay: $346,028 - $519,022 annual base salary.
