Overview: Lead with Compassion. Inspire Excellence. Transform Patient Care. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations supports multiple branches to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards. This role is essential in leading branches through inspections, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives while fostering clinical excellence and eligibility education across the region. What You’ll Do:Monitor agency-level adherence to policies, procedures, and quality assurance standardsDrive compliance with patient record documentation and quality improvement activitiesCollaborate with Area and Regional leadership, Clinical Managers, Executive Directors, Administrators, and Medical DirectorsLead quality, regulatory, and survey readiness efforts across assigned agenciesEducate teams on clinical eligibility, quality benchmarks, and process improvementSupport the resolution of patient, family, or public complaintsParticipate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiativesPromote a culture of excellence and accountability within hospice and home health operations About You: Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferredMinimum of 3 years in hospice or home health operations and 2 years of management experienceStrong knowledge of state and federal hospice and home health regulationsProven ability to analyze quality metrics, lead surveys, and implement process improvementsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across multiple locationsAdditional Requirements:Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residenceValid driver’s license and automobile insuranceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HomeCare HomeBase preferredSkilled in data review, compliance monitoring, and staff educationAbility to travel 75% of the time.
