We are seeking a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality chiropractic care to our patients. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor enjoys helping as many patients as possible reach their health and wellness goals through chiropractic care. We are a vibrant clinic committed to providing exceptional chiropractic care.Duties:Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reportsTake and review Diagnostic imaging/X-raysEvaluate findings and determine diagnosisDevelop and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments- Diversified Full Spine, Extremities, Activator, Thompson Drop, Instrument adjustments, and Flexion Distraction and various therapies and modalitiesDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessmentsContribute to the growth and success of the clinic through internal and external marketing (occasional)Requirements:•       Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)•       Active Chiropractic license in OHSchedule: •       Full timeCompensation (range):•       $90k-$150k/year (depending on experience and bonuses)Benefits:Bonus Compensation PTO/Vacation  Health share optionsComplimentary Care for employee Free 1 hour massage per monthPaid malpractice and licensurePotential growth and advancement with ownership opportunities If you are interested in being challenged to grow with a fun passionate team, then join us!
