Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Operational Excellence & System DesignBuild and execute a multi‑year CI roadmap for enterprise packaging & labeling; prioritize high‑impact value streams and bottlenecks (e.g., artwork cycle time, change order lead time, translation throughput, RFT).Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC/DMADV) using A3, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, visual management, PFMEA, SPC, and mistake‑proofing (poka‑yoke). Metrics & Performance ManagementOwn KPI framework and dashboards: Artwork RFT %, OTD/OTIF, ECO/Change Order lead time, deviation/rework, labeling complaint/Error Rate (PPM/DPMO), translation cycle time, obsolescence write‑offs, cost savings/avoidance.Compliance & Risk ReductionImprove label content accuracy and traceability; strengthen approval matrices, translation QA, and eIFU/UDI data integrity. Digital & Data EnablementOptimize enterprise systems and integrationsDefine master data standards Change Leadership & Capability BuildingFacilitate enterprise Kaizen events and improvement sprints; coach teams on Lean, problem‑solving, and data literacy. Portfolio & Rebranding SupportProvide CI leadership to large programs (e.g., global rebranding, regulatory-driven updates, portfolio harmonization), ensuring supply continuity and on‑time market readiness.  Your Skills and Expertise   To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND six (6) years of experience in packaging, labeling, and/or continuous improvement/project management in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED AND ten (10) years of experience in packaging, labeling, and/or continuous improvement/project management in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Lean Six Sigma Green, Black, or Master Black Belt certifiedDemonstrated DMAIC project deliveryExperience in regulated healthcare (medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life)Hands‑on with PLM/Artwork/DAM/QMS systems and data/metadata management.Familiarity with Agile practices for artwork/content operations and with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).Work location: Remote – United States or CanadaTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
