Our team thrives on collaboration and innovation, ensuring that we meet our customers' needs with precision and care.Company Location:- WHITSETT NC 27377 USA Hours: 8am-4pm M-F attendence works on a point system pay rate $16.39 Must have packing and stable work historyRoles and Responsibilities:As a Picker / Packer, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:- Accurately picking products based on order specifications. Fast paced work environment- Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit. -Packing large pieces of wooden furniture, ability to lift 50 lbs -Must be able to work in a very fast pace work area- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.- Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping goals.- Conducting quality checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained.- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.Experience Level:- Preferred experience level is 1 to 3 years in a similar role.Employment Type:- Temp to HireCompany Description:TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
