Marketing Technology Specialist

Position Overview:  The Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's marketing technology stack and customer data assets. This role serves as the crucial link between Marketing, Data, and IT, focusing on driving data integrity, enforcing compliance standards, and managing the technical product backlog to ensure marketing initiatives are powered by reliable technology and accurate customer insights. You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key platforms, ensuring their smooth operation and strategic evolution.   Position Details: Work Environment:At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI.
