Performs a variety of complex and highly confidential administrative, operational and project-related duties. Working with internal and external constituents.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet clients at DOVE with warmth and kindness. Assist Director and Program Manager with scheduling/coordinating meetings and daily schedules. Pay invoices and place orders for the department (such as office supplies and items for clients). assist with picking up packages from Northwest Hospital. Assist Director and Program Manager with filing documents (electronically). Complete Domestic Violence client surveys. Assist with meeting agendas, presentations, and taking meeting notes for department. Keep DOVE wellness closet and front desk area stocked for clients. Assist DOVE staff with contacting clients for information (such as emergency client assistance orders, client screening, etc.). Coordinating with vendors/sponsors and assisting with organizing and booking the event.
