The Role: Clinical Supervisor IAs a Clinical Supervisor I, you will be a cornerstone of our ambulatory practice. In partnership with the Clinic Administrator, you will:Lead and coordinate clinical operations, ensuring alignment with NHMG (Novant Health Medical Group) goals. Organize and oversee the clinical environment to deliver outstanding patient care. Supervise a team of up to 9 FTEs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. Serve as a clinical leader — you’ll assess, plan, delegate, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with physicians, patients, and their support systems. Use evidence-based practice and compassion to guide care delivery and support team members. Hold yourself accountable for quality, safety, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement. What You’ll BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred. Experience: At least 2 years of RN experience; supervisory or leadership experience is a strong plus. Licensure: Current RN license in the appropriate state is required. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), leadership, and problem-solving skills. What We're Looking For: Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.Experience: Two years of nursing experience, required. One year of supervisory experience, preferred.Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.Additional Skills (required): Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
