This role offers the rewarding opportunity to help patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and safely thrive in the environment they know best—their homes.As an Occupational Therapist in home health, you will assess functional limitations, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide patients and caregivers through rehabilitative techniques designed to enhance safety, mobility, and overall quality of life.
