Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health- $7,000 Sign-On Bonus!!Location: Sun City, AZWork Type: Full-TimeCompensation: PPV (Per-Visit Pay Structure)About the OpportunityA respected and patient-centered home health organization is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join its growing clinical team serving Arizona’s West Valley region. This position offers the chance to provide meaningful, one-on-one care in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life.As a Physical Therapist in home health, you will conduct evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation tailored to their functional needs.
