Our client, a leading healthcare support organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound and outbound call operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic problem-solving abilities, and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Cary, NC What's the Job? Handle inbound telephone calls to address customer inquiries related to prescriptions, financial information, and delivery status. Schedule medication deliveries and payments, ensuring accurate profile updates for timely distribution. Respond promptly to customer questions or route calls to the appropriate team members for resolution. Update concise progress notes to facilitate smooth workflow and quick assessment by team members. Provide customer service through management information systems, verifying insurance, providing invoice copies, and answering refill questions. What's Needed? At least 1 year of high call volume call center experience. Strong communication skills and basic problem-solving abilities. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Ability to work onsite for the first 90 days, with potential for hybrid work based on attendance and performance. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, with rotating Saturday shifts every 6-8 weeks. What's in it for me?
