In this role, you'll apply secure software engineering principles to design, develop, test, and maintain both software and cloud infrastructure. Working alongside a talented group of Engineers and Salesforce Administrators, you'll build and support scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions and backend services that empower over 600 internal users.You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce, Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development to deliver robust, reliable applications. Collaboration is key-you'll partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure our systems remain resilient, secure, and adaptable to evolving needs. We value Agile practices, a focus on delivering business value, and a culture of continuous improvement.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain Salesforce code (Apex, LWC) and backend services (Java, Spring Boot)Design and implement RESTful APIsCollaborate with an agile development team to deliver high-quality software solutionsParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practicesIntegrate observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing) to improve system performanceUtilize GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Copado for version control and CI/CDAssist with feature estimation and provide technical inputDevelop and implement unit and system tests, ensuring adherence to secure coding practices, code quality, and reliabilityProvide technical support and troubleshooting for new and existing featuresDocument processes and best practices for repeatabilityMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field; or a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field with no degree2 years experience with Salesforce and Salesforce development practices (Apex, LWC, VisualForce, etc)Understanding of RESTful API design and developmentExperience in software development best practices, including secure coding principles, code reviews and agile methodologiesExperience with test automation tools and techniquesExperience with building observability into solutions (e.g., logging, monitoring, and tracing)Experience with GitHub or similar version control systemsKnowledge of database technologies like MSSQL or PostgreSQLPreferred QualificationsExperience with Copado CI/CDProficiency in Java developmentFamiliarity with Spring Boot frameworkExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudUSD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
