Our client, a leading organization in data center operations and energy management, is seeking a Data Center Energy Marshal to join their team. As a Data Center Energy Marshal, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Center Energy Marshal Location:Charlotte, NC Pay Range: What's the Job? Coordinate energy isolation projects, ensuring detailed planning and technical integration. Collaborate with management and operational teams to review project specifications and procedures. Audit and address gaps in Energy Isolation assurance processes and participate in High Risk Activity planning meetings. Establish and oversee approval processes for energy isolation procedures and permits. Review Statements of Work (SOWs), Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and scripts to identify all energy sources and determine lockout/tagout requirements. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred. Current NFPA 70E (NTT/UL) training with at least 4 hours of training. eHazard Training covering HV Safety Hazards, LV/HV Testing, and Grounding. OSHA 10 training certification in Construction or General Industry. Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience in construction and/or data center operations. What's in it for me?
